Amanda Richards

Creativity – Engaging in creative activities, each and every day, is gratifying.  Gardening, photography, dog-training, music or exercise:  I am always seeking new combinations, perspectives and experiences.

Curiosity – Questioning, Reading, Engaging with Research to figure out what’s working well and what needs improving.  All. The. Time.

Courage – Change requires courage.  When one changes how one thinks, breathes, moves, views and hears the world then one is changed.  And, when one person is changed, the world is transformed.
